the location was superb. i found the staff helpful. the room was maintained very well each day. i also appreciated the quiet atmosphere, despite the central location.

central stay with a touch of charm

the location was superb.. a very short walk to the metro made exploring effortless. i also appreciated the staff's willingness to book a taxi for my early morning airport transfer. the room provided bottled water, a thoughtful touch after a long day.
The sound insulation could be improved. Street noise was noticeable late into the night. this impacted my sleep quality a bit, especially with the trash collection occurring in the early hours.

The location worked well for exploring. it was central, with access. the room was clean daily. Super clean housekeeping really helped. i found a nice restaurant around the corner, and breakfast options were abundant.
the safety deposit box in the room did not work because of an electronic error. staff allowed valuables to be left in a box downstairs. i found a leakage from the toilet bowl though it was sorted quickly. the duvets were not very comfortable, since sheets were used above and below instead of a duvet cover.

I stayed in a superior single ROOM. The room was clean and functional. The staff was friendly. They were very helpful . The location is very close to major attractions.
The walls were very thin. I could hear noise from adjacent rooms.

The building IS renovated. It appears clean and Well-kept. The rooms all have normal sizes. The bathrooms seem suitable for a central city location, relative TO hotels of similar types in other European cities.
